1. Validity
 
These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by Universalhabitat.com to you. Universalhabitat.com may amend these terms from time to time. You shall be notified of any amendments by posted notice on the Universalhabitat.com site.
2. Universalhabitat.com‘s Contract With You
 
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. We will send you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Universalhabitat.com reserve the right to decline any order in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order appearing on Universalhabitat.com or for unavailability (see 3. below). Universalhabitat.com reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered. By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.
3. Pricing and Availability
 
The prices and availability of the goods are specified on the Universalhabitat.com site. Such information is subject to change without notice. Please ensure that you refresh you browser regularly to obtain the latest prices. Each price, as displayed, is pre-tax (Customers residing in the states of Maryland and Virginia are subject to having to pay sales tax on their purchases). There may be an additional charge for delivery, the amount of which shall vary according to the delivery method that you choose.
4. Delivery of Goods
  Universalhabitat.com shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the Universalhabitat.com site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Universalhabitat.com may deliver items in an order separately but shall charge you for shipping & handling on the first delivery only. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery.
5. Universalhabitat.com Guarantee and Returns Policy
 
These terms and conditions incorporate Universalhabitat.com‘s Cancellation/Returns policy as stated in the Cancellation/Returns section of this web-page.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
 
Contracts between you and Universalhabitat.com shall be governed by US Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the US courts.
7. Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
