Cancellations and Returns

Once an order has been completed and finalized in our system Universalhabitat.com is unable to cancel the order. The reason for this is that in an effort to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible our computer system transfers the order directly to our order picking system. In essence what this means is that by the time you could contact us regarding an order that order will have already begun the packaging process.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you aren’t, you may return your product to us. The amount and manner of reimbursement we are able to give varies depending on how the purchase was originally made.
If you decide that you want to return an item, your first step should be to call the Universalhabitat.com at 972-412-7179 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Without a Return Authorization Number, we reserve the right to return your item(s) to you without taking any additional action. We are only able to accept returns on current range, packaged Universalhabitat.com products that are in saleable condition (unopened and shrink-wrapped). We are unable to accept returns on component parts or bitz.
If you purchased the product from Universalhabitat.com within the last 30 days, you may cancel your order and return the product to us for a full refund, exchange, or account credit, minus the cost of shipping and handling.
